Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Check Out” and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Stock Levels & Dispatch Dates
All products on our website show an estimated dispatch day. Please note that this is an estimate only. The estimated dispatch day depends whether the item is in stock in our own warehouse here or if it has to be ordered from our suppliers. Before 1530, a dispatch day of “Today” means that the item is in stock here and it will normally be dispatched the same working day. After 1530, the estimated dispatch day will automatically change to the following working day.
If the estimated dispatch day is more than 1 working day ahead, then the item has to be ordered from our suppliers. We order daily from most suppliers and normally receive shipments the following working day, although shipments may take an extra day or two in the early part of the week in high season as suppliers are also extremely busy. Our website calculates the rolling delivery time for each supplier and the estimated dispatch day is calculated on this basis. Of course, it does rely on the item being in stock at our suppliers – occasionally, even the biggest of our suppliers will sell out of popular items. In these cases, the item will be back ordered. Where possible, we make notes about out of stock / back ordered items / estimated due dates in the Notes section of your order and these notes can be viewed by logging onto your order through your account or by clicking on the “Order Tracking” button on our home page and inputting your order number with either your email address or Postal Code. We will also make every effort to email you direct but please note that we are in a seasonal business and there will be periods when we will be extremely busy, email & telephone traffic is very high and email notification may take longer. Where we know an item is out of stock and not available for some time, we change the estimated dispatch date to reflect this.
Back orders will stay on our system and will automatically be dispatched as soon as we receive the items into stock here unless you notify us to change or cancel your order. We do not charge for back ordered items until they are in stock and the order is being processed for packing & dispatch.
If you wish to check on product availability or availability of other items you cannot find, please telephone us on 02392 528932. We will be glad to check our supplier’s stock to let you know when an item will be available for dispatch.
Please note, that while we attempt to be as accurate as possible and make every effort to keep pictures up to date, it is impossible to be totally accurate. Colour-tones may vary depending on your computer’s screen settings and supplier / manufacturer’s specifications and prices are subject to change at any time. Many product models also have rolling changes made through the course of their model year/ model life. Therefore, Fietser Limited does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Pictures are representative only and products are sold by their description and part number only. Our stock turnover is very high and we will normally send out the latest model unless it specifies otherwise in the product description. If a product offered by Fietser Ltd. is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order to check the specification of the product models that we have in stock to ensure it is what you want.
All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT @ the current standard rate (currently 15%) except for zero rated items such as helmets, books, children’s clothing and some food/energy products. We will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change prices before you place an order. Orders being delivered outside the EEC will have VAT deducted from the total before any money is taken from the card and any import duties & local taxes due will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Product prices in the shopping cart exclude delivery charges. Overseas and non-standard carriage costs (See below) are dependant on the size of the order and the destination and will be charged at cost. We make a standard charge for all overseas orders – please click on the “Shipping Quote Before Dispatch” shipping method and we will email you a shipping quote for your order and amend your order with the actual shipping cost when you confirm that you are happy to proceed.
Payment and Security
You can pay for your order by Cash, Credit or Debit card online or by phone, by Bank Cheque drawn on a UK bank, UK Postal Order or by bank transfer. Full instructions are in the check out section of the order process in our site. All card payments (whether on-line or by telephone) are made through our Payment Service Provider, Protx. They provide secure online credit & debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the and are the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the country. Protx handles your card details on their secure server where they run extensive and on going security checks to protect both you and us against possible fraud and to obtain card authorisation. We do accept orders from overseas (Please see note re: USA below) and in most cases, payment can be accepted by credit or debit card However we retain the right to require payment before dispatch (cleared funds into our account by international bank transfer only) if we think it is appropriate due to the destination and /or value of the overseas order. Shipping and Handling
You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Gosport during normal business hours – Monday to Friday 0900 – 1730. Please call us after placing your order and we can amend the shipping method for you.
We charge £1.00 postage/shipping for all orders (whatever size) delivered to mainland . Our charge is per order and not per shipment, so if an order is split and delivered in separate shipments we do not make an additional delivery charge.
Please note that most carrier firms have expensive surcharges for delivery area postcodes that they consider to be HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS. In these cases, for larger or heavier, carrier delivered items, we are unable to offer our standard £1.00 delivery charge so delivery charges will be charged at cost. Please refer to the exceptions below.
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class post, Recorded or Signed-for First Class post, Royal Mail Special Delivery or by carrier (normally next day service). As a rough guide, items over £30 in value will be sent by recorded post and will require signing for. Heavy or bulky items and orders higher in value (approx: £100) or more will be sent by carrier (normally on a next day service). These will also require signing for and our carriers will not leave un-tended packages. You can select a different delivery address where there will be someone available to accept and sign for the package when placing your order.
Our preferred choice of carrier is ANC-Fedex but we may from time to time use other services. Please note that if our carrier finds that there is nobody available to sign for the package, a notification card will be posted at the delivery address and the package returned to their depot. It is your responsibility to then contact the courier company to arrange re-delivery or collection within the indicated timescale. Failure to do this will result in the package being returned to us and you will be responsible for the return delivery costs.
Postage Charge Exception
We charge £1.00 for postage/shipping in the whole of the where we are able to use First Class Post at a reasonable cost. Where packages are large and heavy (generally in excess of 2.0Kg) and have to be sent by Carrier, we will charge shipping at cost – please contact us for a shipping quote for the following delivery locations if you are ordering large, heavy or bulky items over 2kg:- Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands of Scotland incl. Aberdeen Postcodes AB30 & higher, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.
Due to increasing insurance costs we do not ship any orders to the USA . We cannot accept any orders that have a billing or delivery address in the USA.
If your item(s) is not in stock, they will be put on back order for you. We will always try to email you with the option to change to a different item or to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We do not charge your card for back ordered items until we have the item(s) back in stock and are preparing your order for dispatch to you.
Guarantees and Warranties
All the products in our catalogue are sourced from official importers / distributor / suppliers and are covered by the normal manufacturer’s or supplier’s guarantee applicable to each product. If an item is faulty at the time of purchase, please return the items to us and we will replace the item on a like for like basis and refund your return postage (Royal Mail First Class or Recorded First Class post only (we will not refund the cost of Royal Mail Special Delivery or other carrier charges). If when returning an item you choose to change to a different size or model we reserve the right to charge postage on returning the goods to you as these items will be treated as an exchange and return postage will not be refunded. These terms and conditions do not affect consumers’ statutory rights.
All of our products come with a 10 day returns policy. If you change your mind and don’t require the item(s) you have ordered, please return them to us, unused in their original wrapping & in a re-saleable condition within 10 days of receipt. A refund will normally be given within 10 days of us receiving the returned goods although this may take a little longer in high season when we are exceptionally busy. We do not want you to be stuck with items that don’t fit or cannot be used so we are more than happy to exchange incorrectly ordered items or wrong size parts & clothes etc. If you are returning an item, the costs incurred in sending it back to us are the responsibility of the customer and we also advise that proof of postage is obtained as we are cannot be liable for items lost in transit. If you return an item to us with insufficient postage, we will deduct the extra postage & associated charges made by the Post Office from your refund or charge them to the card used for the original order.. We also reserve the right to charge for the postage costs of sending out replacement or exchange items back out to you.
Please remember that any returned items must be returned to us unused in their original wrapping & in a re-saleable condition. If you are returning goods, please enclose the Returns form you received with your original receipt or enclose a full covering letter so we know who it has come from, what the problem is and what you would like us to do – you’d be amazed how often we have to try to find out who a part has come back from! Returned goods are inspected in our returns department and replacements, exchanges, credits or refunds are normally carried out within 10working days. Please note that replacement goods are subject to availability either here or from our suppliers.

Gift vouchers may only be redeemed on our website and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Gift Vouchers have a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable. Any unused balance is non-refundable or transferable. If the order exceeds the voucher value the balance must be paid by credit or debit card prior to dispatch. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the end of the month of purchase and must be redeemed by that date. Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for Fietser gift vouchers.
